The Converter June 2016 digital issue is out now!
Editor’s comment: “Firstly, welcome to this new-look edition of Converter magazine; at 52 years old, we thought it was about time for a facelift! This issue is packed with lots of post-drupa news. There was a mixed bag of opinions about the success of the event; most people agreed that after a slow start footfall picked up and interest from visitors was good across most stands. Despite all the visitor lanyards saying ‘See you at drupa 2019’, the event does in fact return in 2020.
“Also, now the UK is set to leave the European Union, could there be a big impact for businesses? Will the move affect the status quo regarding trade across the continent? Will it be as easy to visit European trade shows? Only time will tell.
“You can keep up to date with the business news related to the ‘Brexit’ movement on the Converter website and our Twitter.”
This month’s edition features Vacuumatic and its third generation Reel Tab Inserter System, the RTIS3, as well as our exclusive drupa exhibition review – including a show round-up and exhibitor comment.
Also there are articles from drying and curing equipment giant, GEW, US company Phoseon Technology, flexible packaging specialist, Parkside, also Clondalkin Flexible Packaging, Esko, Zund UK and Packline Materials Handling, among many other companies.
