The 2016 is an important year for Bimec S.r.l., company specialized in the design and construction of slitter rewinders for plastic films, paper and laminates
They celebrate 40 years of activity
The first important occasion will be the attendance at DRUPA 2016 in Düsseldorf
On their stand will be introduced for the first time the new duplex turret slitter rewinder TCA64-C+
This machine has been designed to combined the advantages of a compact design to the ones of a configuration with separate unwind stand.
Ergonomic design, flexibility and high performance are offered at only 3,5 m in length
Main highlights of the machine are:
- possibility of fitting a splicing table
- easy access to the slitting area
- short web-path under running board and well isolated from the floor to guarantee the hygiene standards and prevent any contamination of the material with dust
Bimec TCA64C+ lateral viewThe shown machine unwinds mother roll up to 1000 mm of diameter, rewinds finished rolls up to 600 mm of diameter and runs up to 800 m/min
Along with the duplex turret slitter, Bimec will display also their STM/50, duplex slitter rewinder, single face, one of the most sold and appreciated from our customers
Bimec STM50 unwinds mother roll up to 800 mm of diameter, rewinds finished rolls up to 500 mm of diameter and runs up to 600 m/min
