Scrap extraction & recycling company expands to California

Carton Grip Edge Waste (light)As market leaders in the scrap/trim removal and recycling solutions industry, Impact Air Systems are excited to announce new corporate offices and operations in California to further cement their commitment and confidence in the American market.

The decision to expand to the West Coast of the USA allows Impact to offer American engineering excellence via Gary Price, who has over 30 years experience in the industry:

“We have been working in the USA for many years now, and the recent increase in orders and enquiries for our systems meant that we needed to have staff working specifically from that part of the world to ensure that we can continue to provide the best service possible and to be on hand for new enquiries and site visits. International sales continue to grow year on year and we have reacted by expanding to become an international company.

Impact is extremely excited to announce the opening, and to further develop our network of customers and trade partners. Impact has become the popular choice for air based solutions to move and separate waste, around the world. The innovative engineering skills of our sales and project teams are second to none, which places us in prime position within the recycling and waste & trim sectors in the USA.”

Sessions 4The extensive knowledge and experience of Impact Air Systems team has enabled them to design and install innovative systems across a wide range of sectors, including corrugated, label, carton, print, beverage can, tissue and recycling.

Due to its familiarity with the machines used within the converting industry such as Bobst Expertcut die cutters and Titan slitters, they are perfectly placed to provide solutions to extract and convey waste trim away to create a cleaner, safer production environment along with the possibility of recycling such waste.

Aluminium foil, PE/laminate, label matrix, corrugated trim and board waste are just some of the most popular converting scenarios that Impact has been appointed to install systems to take care of and remove the trim waste and dust from the production area in order to reduce fire risk and keep production constant with absolute minimum downtime.
