S1AMO Ecol Studio: One organisation, lots of novelties!
Ecol Studio is pleased to officially announce the successful conclusion of the merger operations that have allowed incorporating the two Italian companies purchased in the course of the last two years – ECOL STUDIO TPU S.r.l. and ECOL STUDIO FEA S.r.l. – into ECOL STUDIO S.p.A.

The merger includes all the staff of the two companies and is effective as of 1 December 2018. And it represents only one of the aspects of a strong growth program for the Ecol Studio brand. Because this operation is just one further step that Ecol Studio has taken in the course of this year, that also saw the opening of its first subsidiary abroad, in Sweden, and the company is about to formalise its second European offices in the south of London. “Our progress on the international market is connected to the field of paper, where we are especially qualified. This way, we believe we are providing our contribution to the many customers that throughout the years have asked us for support close to their facilities, but also to new players we are starting to get acquainted with in these countries and who are looking for a trusted partner in the realm of analyses and consultancy”, explains the management.
The growth witnessed over the past two years has allowed Ecol Studio to strengthen its presence in the territory. “Today Ecol Studio boasts 8 facilities in Italy and 2 in Europe. This is a true added value for customers”, states Guido Fornari, founder of the company. “With the investments of recent years, we have created 4 thousand square meters of laboratories, with consequent optimisation of our activities and increased production capacity – certainly indisputable values for companies.”
