Rotary sheet-fed converting machines for nonwovens
Schobertechnologies specialises in the development, design and manufacturing of rotary tools, modules and specialty machines widely used in film, foil, packaging, nonwovens and paper converting industries. This technically superior equipment is sold in more than 100 countries worldwide, says the company.
Distinctive features of its new Sheetline SL 106 advanced rotary sheet fed converting machine include a converting station equipped with vacuum controlled rotary tools and a gripper sheet guiding system ensuring high-precision finishing of preprinted sheets. The products are separated from the matrix immediately after the cutting process and redirected to a stacker by a conveyor belt. Proven product stackers including the M-Stack, Star-Stack or V-Stack (using robotics) are available options.
Magnetic dies guarantee the shortest setup time as well as the highest productivity, also for short runs.
The cornerstone for this development are many years of experience, continuous advancement in the development and production of high performance rotary cutting machines, scoring and punching modules as well as folding carton converting systems and perfecting the product handling technology. The sheet line is designed for a sheet size of 42 x 30 inches (106 x 76 cm) and a foil thickness starting at 50μ. High functionality and availability, flexibility and accuracy are the characteristics of this high performance production machine.
