Open House on 13th August demonstrating new Mini-Cohesio equipped with digital printing station
ETI Converting Equipment is hosting an Open House at its Boucherville, Quebec base facility, Thursday, August 13th, to demonstrate the performance of its new Mini-Cohesio equipped with a digital printing station.
Among the highlights of this one-day event guests will have live demonstrations of the equipment in which the functionalities of the press will be seen as well as technical presentations done by ETI and Memjet representatives. Guests will see the machine’s capability to print on film and on paper and to transform two webs from raw material to finished label.
This fast and innovative digital unit is fully integrated into the Mini-Cohesio machine to form a digital inkjet platform production label line.
This digital inkjet unit:
– runs at 260 ft/min. (80 m/min.)
– offers high quality printing of 14 micron dots at 1600 x 1375 dpi
– produces photo-quality color graphics in full process color with provision for an optional fifth color.
The ETI Digital platform unit is the first equipment to produce in-line finished labels using the digital technology. The JFLEX installed on a Mini-Cohesio machine will be also presented at Labelexpo Brussels at the ETI booth 5C28 from September 29th to October 2nd.
