Next generation sets new standards
GOEBEL has launched the next generation of slitter rewinders for the plastic film, paper and flexible packaging converting industry.
The new design of the primary slitter GOEBEL monoslit for example, incorporates the latest advancements.
The 11-metre-wide monoslit launched in 2011 sets new standards within the film converting industry for BOPP, BOPET, BOPA, CPP, OPP and other special films as well as capacitor film with a running speed of 1500 m/min. Minimum slitting widths of 300 mm can be achieved. The unwinding unit allows fast and comfortable loading and unloading.
An ultra-light dancer roller combined with intelligent tension control system provides excellent finished roll quality.
The machine is equipped with a fully automatic serial cutter adjustment and a new automatic razor blade exchanger which increases safety significantly, allowing plastic film converters to maximise productivity. In addition GOEBEL offers a broad range of primary and secondary slitter rewinders for the converting of different kinds of material including printing, writing, coated, cigarette, filter and technical papers; cardboard; plastic film (BOPP, BOPET, OPP, CPP, BOPA, BOPS, PE); thick, optical, capacitor and metallised film; aluminium foil and flexible packaging.
