Multipurpose press for lottery cards
ITALIAN FLEXO press manufacturer Omet has commissioned a ‘special’ VaryFlex machine to print ‘scratch and win’ tickets in China. The new line, which is over 55 metres long, has 20 different printing units running in combination, including flexo, solvent-based flexo, rotogravure, screen, offset and digital.
Omet and the unnamed customer have spent time refining the high quality of production through an intensive training program involving Omet’s and the Chinese company’s technicians.
The new VaryFlex makes it possible to produce a ‘scratch and win’ product in a single pass at high speed, and with minimal production waste.
