Major product improvement on the reliable Powered Label Dispensers and new Adjustable Wearless Brake system available on the Low Cost Professional Label Unwinder, Label Dispensers and RRC-300 Counting System

Brussels – May 22, 2014 – LABELMATE, widely known for its line of Label Dispensers, Rewinders, Unwinders, and Slitters, has announced a new Adjustable Wearless Brake system on his Economy Professional Label Unwinder the UCAT-S as well on the RRC-300 Reel-to-Reel Counting System and a New Bail system on all Label Dispensers.

According to Catherine Van Damme, LABELMATE’s Marketing Manager, “The Adjustable Wearless Brake system was originally developed to answer the need for optimizing the tension between the unwinder and the printer, but it also allows to adjust the web tension for tighter rewind rolls on the RRC-330 and to facilitate the peeling of the labels on the label dispenser”.

We also developed a brand new bail system to facilitate and secure the fixing of the paper label. The new system offers an ultimate ease of use, said Ms Vandamme.
