Kingsmoor Packaging named supplier of the year by Adelie Foods

Leading thermoforming business, Kingsmoor Packaging, has recently been awarded the coveted supplier of the year award from its long-standing customer, Adelie Foods Group. The award is in recognition of the company’s outstanding support and ongoing commitment to Adelie Foods in the manufacture of thermoformed solutions.

The Somerset-based firm supplies Adelie with plastic packaging primarily for its Food to Go (FTG) requirements, covering mostly salads and sandwiches that are destined for major UK retailers and coffee outlets.

Adelie’s group procurement manager – packaging, James MacKellar, said: “As a packaging supplier Kingsmoor continue to impress, not only supplying excellent quality products, but also maintaining consistently high levels of service. The Food to Go category is very demanding with many new projects and frequent product launches across a variety of channels – working with key suppliers like Kingsmoor helps us meet our customer’s requirements.”
