Kampf takes over LSF Maschinen- und Anlagenbau

In agreement with the managing partner Albrecht Bolza-Schuenemann Kampf Schneid- und Wickeltechnik in Wiehl (Germany) which belongs to the Jagenberg has taken over all shares of the LSF Maschinen- und Anlagenbau based in Laußig near Leipzig as of 1 August 2014. With the integration into the Jagenberg Group much better prospects in international project business open up for LSF. For KAMPF the acquisition of LSF means the entry into new markets in addition to a strengthening in the range of special winding machines.

In addition to his duties at KAMPF, Stephan Schleicher will manage LSF together with Albrecht Bolza-Schuenemann. Since 2001 Schleicher has rendered outstanding efforts in various management positions at KAMPF, most recently as head of the works in Dohr/Eifel where production of components and the assembly of converting slitters are concentrated.

On 1 October 2014 Albrecht Bolza-Schuenemann will hand over his responsibilities in the operational management to Knut Zinnaecker but continue to advise LSF. In Knut Zinnaecker the LSF gains an expert for process engineering in the film and paper converting industry. Since 2003 Zinnaecker has been responsible for process development at Sueddekor in Laichingen and contributed significantly to the planning and execution of international investment projects for the expansion of German and North American locations of Sueddekor.
