Jarshire introduces new Vertical Baler range

The waste and recycling division of Jarshire has introduced a new Vertical Baler range to add to its baler portfolio. This news follows an earlier announcement of the closer integration of the division with Jarshire’s converting, paper and tissue mills division – a logical move, say Jarshire, to bring the company’s extensive waste processing experience to a market sector that, by necessity, has to cope with waste volume.

Marketed under the Jarshire name, the vertical range will run alongside Jarshire’s present agency arrangements for Harris Two-Ram Balers and American Baler Channel Balers. Manufactured in the USA by BACE, (Baler and Compaction Equipment), the range will process paper, plastic and non-ferrous metals with models that will comfortably fit into tight spaces, through to one with a 1020mm deep chamber that is 33 per cent larger than traditional depths.

Built with quality construction and reliable, it delivers the heaviest possible bales, providing optimal levels of safety as well as low maintenance costs. A unique feature is the IntelliBale System, a patent-pending system that indicates the number of bales it produces and the exact weights, and then notifies recyclers when they are ready for collection – as well as advising when maintenance is required.

In addition to standard models, customised designs and re-manufactured equipment is also available, all backed by a team of skilled service engineers and a large UK stock-holding of spares.

Nick Jobson, director of Jarshire’s waste and recycling division said: “These vertical balers have numerous applications and will greatly increase our reach of baling solutions.”
