Circular knivesÂ
Circular knives are available for various applications up to a diameter of 500 mm. Our large and continuously fully optimised standard range includes numerous top and bottom knives for shear cut, score cut / crush cut, burst cut and razor blade cut procedures, matching high-quality multiple knife blocks for carrier shafts and expanding air shafts, as well as rotary shear knives. Collars, cutting rings and spacers as well as glass-hard shafts and rings are also produced by us with highest precision.
Straight knives
The expertly developed DIENES standard range includes a wide variety of paper and foil knives, recycling knives, shear knives, perforating knives, profile knives and shears, scrap choppers and cross-cutters. Straight knives are available up to a length of 6,000 mm and with matching cutting bars and edging tools.
Knife holders
Shear cut, score cut / crush cut, razor blade cut knife holders or heat cut holders all impress with ultra-precise knife guidance and long service life, and always maintain a secure grip in daily use. In addition, almost all our knife holders can be integrated into DIENES slitting systems, such as our trend-setting SIMU-FLASH automatic, simultaneous positioning system or in our high-accuracy positioning aids with manual control.
Slitting systems
DIENES slitting systems are at the cutting edge on an international level – be it with automatic, semi-automatic or manual operation. Apart from highly accurate positioning and an optimal slitting speed, our slitting systems impress with fast and process-stable slitting width adjustment in horizontal and vertical guide systems and minimum waste generation.
