Print specialist i-Sub has announced it will be presenting a range of wide-format print, packaging, textile and finishing technologies at the upcoming Sign & Digital UK show, taking place at NEC Birmingham on April 19-21, 2016 on Stand F10.

In particular, the company will be hosting the UK debut of four new solutions for the market: The Dgen Hexa pigment printer; the Mimaki TS300P dye-sublimation printer; the Digi-Foil DF Pro semi-automatic foil applicator; and the Zünd ARC (Automatic Router Bit Changer).

Sign & Digital UK 2016 will mark the first UK showing of the Dgen Hexa pigment printer. With the ability to print onto a wide range of natural and man-made fibres, the Dgen Hexa opens up a raft of new applications and opportunities in many new markets.

i-Sub will also be showcasing the recently announced Mimaki TS300P dye-sublimation printer at the event. With a maximum 1,940mm print width, fast print speeds of up to 52sq/m, and water-based CMYK, fluorescent pink, fluorescent yellow and light black ink sets, the new addition to the Mimaki line-up offers a punchy and wide colour gamut, and produces bold, bright colours.

Sign & Digital UK 2016 will also be the venue for the first UK showing of i-Sub’s new Digi-Foil DF Pro semi-automatic foil applicator. Building on the company’s Digi-Foil system, this is a new application method that offers a superior finish on all foiling applications – especially on large flat areas of foil that were previously unachievable.

Finally, i-Sub will be showcasing the Zünd ARC (Automatic Router Bit Changer) on the Zünd G3 L2500 cutting table. This new feature fully automates router bit changes on the flagship G3 cutting table range. With the ability to select, load, set cutting depth and then clean the tool bit after cutting the ARC system has revolutionised cutting and routing.

Being a fully automated system, the risk of error and waste is completely removed from production. i-Sub will be demonstrating all aspects of this new function throughout the show and producing some interesting samples for visitors to take away.

Nick Davies, director at i-Sub, commented: “We’re very much looking forward to this year’s Sign & Digital UK event. As well as introducing a number of exciting new products from our suppliers, we’ll be producing samples on all the models on display for visitors to take away after the show. We look forward to meeting with current and potential customers at the show.”
