Greenwoods Stock Boxes install Goldline 1300
Supplier of packaging, print and print finishing machinery Diecut UK has successfully installed a Goldline 1300 flatbed diecutter at Greenwoods – a flexible, quick turnaround UK distributor of cardboard packaging established for over 50 years with an excellent reputation within the industry for providing a fast and cost effective service to their clients.
“The Goldline was out of the container, in the factory, installed and in operation within a few hours of arrival,” says general manager Peter Roe. “We commenced training that day and the operators were soon proficient enough to complete a large order by the end of the first shift. This was down to the simple operation of the machine and the effective training given by Diecut UK”.
“The Installation went extremely smoothly,” comments Diecut UK sales executive Arran Sethi. “Our engineer soon had a job on the machine showing the operators the features of the machine including the instant electronic pressure settings, dwell mode, plate speed variation and all of the safety aspects as opposed to the traditional clamshell platen. This machine is perfect for Greenwoods as it alleviates a lot of the operator issues they were having on smaller format work using a larger diecutter”.
The Goldline comes in 10 different sizes varying from 890 up to 3200 with options for a heated bed and wide opening for honeycomb board or foam.
