Fraser introduces the 3024 Compact… the short answer to static control
Fraser Anti-Static Techniques have taken close-range static elimination to a new level with the launch of the 3024 Compact 24V DC ionising bar.
Developed in response to global OEM and machinery operator demand, it is the world’s smallest 24V DC short-range static eliminator bar with built-in electronics.
For powerful and reliable ionisation in environments where space is confined, the 3024 Compact offers:
- Bar lengths of 150mm or 200mm
- 100% ionisation coverage – active length = overall length
- Optimum operating distance of 20mm to 50mm, maximum 150mm
- Up to 7.5kV high voltage static elimination from low cost, low voltage 24V DC input
- High performance for material speeds up to 1,000m/min
- Remote monitoring of operational status
- Shockless, resistively coupled tungsten emitters for unlimited life
The 3024 Compact is a flexible solution that eliminates the need for HT cables and varying external power supplies. It is well suited to most industrial, pharmaceutical and food processes, including narrow web and sheet applications such as labelling, packaging, medical moulding or automated assembly where space is limited.
When a longer answer is needed
Fraser’s powerful, yet compact, 3014 short-range static eliminator offers all the benefits of 24V DC technology in lengths from 250mm up to 4,010mm (in 40mm steps). Housed in our smallest profile, the 3014 bar provides static neutralisation to meet the requirements of high-performance, modern machinery and is Cleanroom compatible to ISO4. It can also be connected directly to IEC 61131-2 Type 1 and Type 3 PLC inputs without the need for additional external components.
