Erhardt+Leimer presents a new Register-Pre-Adjustment for flexo printing machines
Fast register adjustment, less waste paper, reduced costs – with the new ELSCAN OMS 4 RPA (Register-Pre-Adjustment) Erhard+Leimer defines a new standard in flexo printing.
The new ELSCAN OMS 4 RPA convinces through flexibility and an intuitive ease of operation. Its core is the graphical user interface. High user comfort is guaranteed by freely movable pop-up windows and positional marks which can be adjusted by drag & drop. This, in combination with a highly precise tool for measuring the distance between the positioning marks enables register adjustment in one step.
In addition to the semi-automatic register adjustment the ELSCAN OMS 4 RPA offers an incremental manual offset correction with “live feedback”. With this, the user always has direct access to front to back registration.
Additional features, like the freely configurable number of print cylinders, ensure a maximum of flexibility.
