Davis-Standard acquires Circonix Technologies
Davis-Standard, LLC has acquired global leader in drive and control system retrofits for converting and extrusion equipment Circonix Technologies of Ringwood, New Jersey.
This recent acquisition extends Davis-Standard’s aftermarket services, supporting the company’s ability to upgrade PLC, drive and mechanical systems on installations around the world including non Davis-Standard brands.
“We’re very excited about the combined forces of Davis-Standard and Circonix,” says Bob Florence, Davis-Standard’s vice president of global sales and marketing. “Our combined capabilities serve to strengthen our ability to co-engineer a broader range of solutions to improve functionality, process efficiency and profitability for our customers worldwide.”
According to Paul Bilotti, sales and marketing manager for Circonix, Davis-Standard’s strength in the industry leverages the ability of both companies to better serve customers. The Circonix organisational structure remains the same including the existing teams and manufacturing facilities.
Furthermore, Davis-Standard also acquires CX Systems which provides turnkey machinery relocations including rigging, electrical, mechanical and plumbing modifications in addition to installations.
Industry leader
