British Converting Solution Ltd will exhibit machines from both their Autobox and Andrew & Suter Divisions.
BCS Autobox machines are used by Convertors enabling them to make their own boxes in house, saving, cost, floor space and enabling them to react in a true JIT way!
BCS Autobox will feature their latest Quick Set Box Maker capable of producing over 100 FEFCO styles with a typical tool free set time of 60 seconds. Capable of handling board grades from F flute to triple wall in widths from 100mm to 2.6m x unlimited length, the Autobox system is ideal for short to medium run or for running jobs that are difficult to set on higher speed machines or Die Cutters. Single or 2 colour flexo print options are offered together with feeding and stacking systems.
 BCS Andrew & Suter will feature it latest Quick Set Folder Gluer, the Multi Nova 2. With set times of 5 minutes for straight line and 10-15 minutes for crash lock box styles, the machine is an ideal complement to existing high speed multi point machines and uses minimal floor space due to its unique compression section. Capable of speeds of up to 3,000 boxes per hour, the Multi Nova 2 can handle board grades from F flute to Double Wall B/C. A video presentation will feature the companies Super Nova 2, a high speed multi point folder gluer also incorporating Quick Set features.
