ASSETS OF PULSE FLEXIBLE PACKAGING LTD TO GO UP FOR AUCTION
A comprehensive range of high quality packaging production equipment is going up for auction following the announcement that Pulse Flexible Packaging Ltd (in Administration), a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging, has ceased trading.
Property and asset consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has been instructed by Jonny Marston and Howard Smith, the Joint Administrators of Pulse Flexible Packaging Limited, to offer for sale the equipment at the manufacturing site headquarters in Bury, and production facility in Saffron Walden.
Mark Lord, partner at Sanderson Weatherall commented, “We rarely see equipment of this quality and specification come up for auction in the flexible packaging sector, so this really is a fantastic opportunity to acquire some first class machinery which is available now at considerably less than new price.
“Although not going up for auction until September, we do expect a huge volume of interest, and for the major items to be sold before that date by private treaty. We therefore recommend any potential buyers get in touch quickly.”
The plant and machinery available comprises an extensive range of Modern Flexible Packaging Production Machinery including:
- Bobst F&K 20 SIX CS 10 Colour 1700mm CI Flexographic Press (2015)
- Windmoller & Holscher 8260 Miraflex CM8 Eight Colour 1270mm Central Impression Flexographic Printing Press with inline Gravure Press (2015)
- Bobst Rotoextruder 700F 1750/800 Adhesive Extrusion Coating and Laminating Line (2015) together with Gravure Printing, Laminating, Slitting & Converting and Ancillary Equipment.
Major items of plant/production lines are immediately available on both sites by Private Treaty with an Online Auction finishing on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 September 2017.
